Regional Sales Manager- DRAM Memory – Kolkata / Mumbai

Job Description: –

  • Responsible for sales and distribution of DRAM Memory Products (PC / Laptop / Workstation / Server) across east region.
  • Develop relationships with new and existing customers and provides information to maximize sales volume.
  • Work with channel partners to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies and business opportunities.
  • Gain access & manage relationships with senior level leaders and executives.
  • Identify business trend and leverage strength of channel to create a differentiated offering and position Company to capture business.
  • Identify cost effective and practical alternatives for the channel by bundling products “solutions” to maximize Company’s opportunity while meeting customer’s needs.
  • Identifying new reseller channel partners in the assigned territory.
  • Liaison between the distributor and reseller partners.
  • Developing the distributor channel through deeper market penetration & geographical reach.
  • Monitoring sales & marketing activities of the reseller partners and feedback the same to HO.
  • Help the distributor achieve his quantity & revenue targets
  • Collect necessary market information.
  • Regularly up-date on sales trends, market developments, opportunities and competition.
  • Identifying marketing needs of the reseller channel and subsequently propose trade, consumer schemes and conduct product promotion activities
  • Data analysis with respect to market share, competition pricing, threats & opportunities.
  • Help the reseller partners understand and set up business processes
  • Communicate the company value proposition to the customer.
  • Tracking Regional Sales on daily basis & sending the consolidated report to head office on weekly basis.
  • Achieving Sales target month on month basis.
  • Promoting new product launched by the company in the market effectively. Ailing partners accordingly

Desired Profile: –

  • Age : 27 – 37yrs
  • Qualification: Any Graduate or MBA
  • Should have a clear understanding about Indian Market and good Knowledge of IT Channel Structure.
  • Should have Corporate Selling experience in Banking, Government and Institutional sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales target.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close business while achieving a high level or partner satisfaction.
  • Must be self- motivated, self- directed and able to excel with minimal supervision.


CTC:   5, 50,000 – 6, 00,000 lac p.a

Experience:   2 to 4 years of experience in IT industry selling IT products
