Detailed job description and support responsibilities will help better assess the new-to-industry prospect in terms of congruence between his/her current job and the MoA role.


Job Description


  • Achieve team sales target
  • Deliver support to agents through coaching and act as a role model
  • Recruit qualified agents inline with manpower targets through recruitment support (recruitment agency, ads, telecalling, etc) and own referrals
  • Conduct weekly / monthly meeting to review performance, disseminate Company information , address common problems and concerns and rally the team to achieve goals
  • Set weekly production target for team of agents
  • Identify agents development needs and work with Training Department to schedule appropriate technical , product and skills training
  • Visit / Co-ordinate with local telemarketing vendors to resolve performance issues and update on results
  • Further relationships with partner’s staff at their points of presence to generate quality leads for agents
  • Accompany agents on customer visits to support and improve sales skill
  • Co-ordinate/carry out training of Telecallers.
  • Develop agents in line with career development / training requirements of the Company


Support Responsibilities:


  • Motivate by providing support , recognizing good performers and arranging appropriate team-building activities
  • Develop agents in the furtherance of Company objectives
  • Review agent performance against target and identify training needs
  • Ensure agents work in accordance with Company standards, the regulation and ethics and maintain licensed status
  • Work with Manager of Managers to establish realistic yet challenging target
  • Complete regular and ad hoc reports promptly
  • Schedule regular performance reviews
  • Make necessary decisions based on agent performance

  • Ensure service levels agreed are delivered
  • Provide management with competitor information
  • Meet customers to resolve issues where necessary
  • Handle complaints in a timely and professional manner

  • Keep up-to-date with market developments, Company policies, procedures, sales process and legislation and disseminate to team.
